Hawken Game
Posted:adminHead CoachCoach Wilbrandt is a Humanities teacher at Hawken and was a fantastic Assistant Coach this season for our squad in the fall of 2018. She grew up playing for the Rockford Raptors FC in Rockford, Illinois, eventually being recruited to play Division I soccer at Davidson College in North Carolina for 4 years. While at Davidson, Heidi was named to the All-Conference Academic team and graduated in 2007 with a degree in History and Gender Studies. Heidi earned her USSF National C License and coached for Stafford Soccer Club in Virginia for 7 years, also playing with the FASA Impact W-League team in 2011. Heidi taught U.S. History at Fredericksburg Academy in Virginia, coaching the FA Varsity Girls Soccer team for two seasons and leading them to two conference championships. Heidi went on to teach History at The Overlake School in Redmond, Washington, and coached in both the girls and boys soccer programs, winning one State Championship with the girls program and two State Championships with the boys program.
